These terms cover getsplitless.com, the pre-launch preview of Splitless. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
What Splitless is today
The site is a preview of the Splitless app. You can try how it works with sample data. Nothing you do in the preview creates a real group or moves money.
Early access and prices
When you reserve a plan you are asking to hear from us when it opens, at the price shown. It is not a purchase. We don’t charge you, we don’t take a card, and neither side is obliged to anything. We will email you before any payment is requested. Prices and features may change before launch.
The numbers are yours to check
Amounts and splits in the preview are examples. When Splitless launches, always check the amounts before you pay anyone. Splitless doesn’t hold, send or receive money.
Using the site
- Use it lawfully and for yourself.
- Don’t try to break, overload or scrape it, or to get around its protections.
- Don’t copy the site, its screens or its design for commercial use.
Ownership
Splitless, its design, copy and code belong to us or our licensors.
No warranty, limited liability
The preview is provided “as is”, without promises that it is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it.
Changes
We may change the site or these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
